project process

This project was created for Brentwood Communications to showcase the practicality and ease of use of their hands-free headset system within a real working environment. Rather than filming in a staged studio setup, we chose to shoot on location at a garden centre, allowing the product to be demonstrated naturally within a believable day-to-day workflow. The concept centred around employees using the headsets to communicate efficiently while assisting customers and coordinating stock movement across the site. By placing the product into a genuine business scenario, the video clearly demonstrated its functionality, reliability, and convenience in a way that felt relatable and authentic to the viewer. Location shooting is often used in filmmaking to enhance realism and authenticity, helping audiences connect more naturally with the environment and action on screen. Visually, the production leaned heavily on natural light to maintain an organic and approachable aesthetic. By working with the existing light available on location, we were able to preserve the atmosphere of the garden centre while keeping the visuals clean, warm, and believable. Bounce boards and careful positioning were used where needed to subtly shape the light and add depth without losing the natural look of the environment. The final video combined practical storytelling with polished cinematography, delivering a clear demonstration of the product while maintaining a professional yet approachable tone. This project highlights our ability to create commercial content that feels authentic, visually engaging, and purpose-driven, balancing brand messaging with naturalistic filmmaking techniques.
